Highbrow Hare is our refined Italian espresso roast, crafted to bring a rich, bold flavor to your espresso routine. Using dark-roasted Arabica beans paired with our premium mushrooms, this blend delivers a smooth, complex cup with subtle earthy undertones.
Our mushrooms are cultivated in Yellowhead County, Alberta, with sustainable, carefully controlled growing methods. Once fully mature, the fruiting bodies are carefully dried and ground before blending with the coffee.
No fillers, or imported biomass—just thoughtfully sourced coffee and mushrooms for a high-quality brew.
Packaged in a resealable, valved pouch to preserve freshness, Highbrow Hare is perfect for espresso, stovetop, or any brew method that calls for a dark roast.
Ingredients: Dark roast Arabica coffee, Lion’s Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body, Turkey Tail mushroom (Trametes versicolor) fruiting body.
Format: 227g / 8oz ground coffee in a resealable pouch with one-way valve
Recommended use: Brew as espresso, stovetop Moka pot, or your preferred dark roast method.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening to maintain freshness.
