Shipping
We aim to process orders the same day that they are purchased but may take up to 3 business days. We ship all orders using trusted carriers like Canada Post, Puralator and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
In light of continued increases to our shipping costs we have capped our standard shipping to $15. This ensures that we cover some of the cost but also that the rising prices do not get passed to you. Thank you for your patience as we strive to find a balance that can work for everyone.

Returns and Refunds
This one is simple. If its unopened and unexpired we will accept a return and refund your purchase. Reach out to us via email with your request and we will provide you with details for returning the item in a way that ensures you receive your refund.
Subscription Policy
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month based on your original purchase. Your plan will renew each month until you choose to cancel, which you can do anytime through your account or by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments—pause or stop whenever it suits you.
