Laughing Lion is the signature variety in our line of boosted coffees. This smooth, medium roast is made with 100% Brazilian Arabica beans and enhanced with our functional mushrooms for a balanced, easy-drinking cup.
We grow and harvest our mushrooms in Yellowhead County, Alberta, using sustainable methods in a carefully controlled environment. Once mature, the fruiting bodies are carefully dried and ground before being blended into this signature roast.
There are no artificial flavours, no fillers, and no imported biomass—just high-quality coffee and mushrooms, crafted with care from spore to sip.
Packaged in a resealable, valved pouch for freshness and convenience, Laughing Lion is ideal for your daily brew—whether you're easing into the morning or fuelling your next big idea, perfect for drip, pour-over, or French press brewing.
Ingredients: Medium roast Brazilian Arabica coffee, Lion’s Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body, Turkey Tail mushroom (Trametes versicolor) fruiting body.
Format: 227g / 8oz ground coffee in a resealable pouch with one-way valve
Recommended use: Brew as you would your regular ground coffee—drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening to maintain freshness.
