Format: Loose-leaf herbal tea, 45g resealable pouch
Ingredients: Hibiscus, peppermint, rosehip, spearmint, marigold flower, Lion's Mane Mushroom.
Brewing Instructions: Steep 1–2 tsp per cup in freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or pour over ice. Makes 25-30 cups.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal pouch after use.
